Karri was born October 4th 1971 in North Kingston, RI Naval Hospital to William and Janet Mitchell. She attended Brunswick High School and continued her education at Headhunters Beauty School and after many years of doing hair she established Studio 119, Brunswick, ME with an associate in 2005.
She enjoyed going to the beach, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her spouse, Robert A Smith; a daughter Chelsea Megan Mitchell Smith, sisters and their spouses; Cliff and Krista Dunham, Seth and Katie Holman, and their children whom she adored; Brady, Cody, Lukas, Sydney, and Avery. Along with her BFF Karen DaRosa who shared a special bond with that can never be replaced.
Karri is also predeceased by “Brud” Meeko Smith.
Arrangements will be done by family, feel free to reach out to them to find out more concerning the scholarship fund being created in honor of Karri and her love of doing hair.
