Saint Joseph’s College announces “A Night in Italy” on Wednesday, Jan. 23, featuring an Italian dinner, a lecture about Italian culture by business professor and Rome native, Dr. Antony Girlando, and a multimedia presentation on Rome by communications professor John Hufstader. The presentation is free of charge and open to the public.
Dinner starts at 6:15 p.m. in the dining hall on the ground floor of Mercy Hall, to be followed by the presentation at 7 p.m. in the Viola George Auditorium of Alfond Hall. The dinner menu includes antipasta salad, meatballs, lasagna, veal marsala, eggplant parmesan and seafood fra diavlo. Dessert will include cannoli, biscotti and cream puffs.
