Standish
John J. Colucci, 40, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Standish on April 4, 2007, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.
Michael Carl Hatch, 31, of Poland was found guilty on a charge of assault in Standish on May 4, 2007, and was fined $300, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, all suspended and given probation of 2 years.

Lisa Schwenk, 36, of Naples had a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Bridgton on Aug. 28, 2007, dismissed.
Jamie O. French, 32, of Naples was found guilty by default on a charge of operating an unregistered ATV in Casco on Oct. 25, 2007, and was fined $100.
