Joel L. Harnden, 33, of Windham paid by waiver a fine of $100 for operating an unregistered ATV in Casco on Nov. 11, 2007.

Orlando Lopez, 41, of Windham requested a jury trial on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Raymond on Oct. 27, 2007.

Michael Melanson, 33, of Windham paid by waiver a fine of $100 for operating an unregistered ATV in Casco on Nov. 11, 2007.

Standish

John J. Colucci, 40, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Standish on April 4, 2007, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Michael Carl Hatch, 31, of Poland was found guilty on a charge of assault in Standish on May 4, 2007, and was fined $300, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 120 days, all suspended and given probation of 2 years.

Jauren E. Powers, 23, of Kailua Kona, Hawaii, paid by waiver a fine of $250 for operating while license was suspended or revoked in Standish on March 27, 2007.

Raymond

Ty A. Whitworth, 33, of West Poland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Raymond on May 1, 2007, and was fined $800, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days and had license suspended for 1 year.

Chad Bancroft, 19, of Raymond requested a jury trial on charges of operating while license was suspended or revoked, operating a vehicle without a license and unlawful use of license in Raymond on Oct. 13, 2007.

Charles B. Dean, 19, of Raymond was found guilty on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon in Raymond on Oct. 25, 2007, and was fined $250.

Steve Ettelman, 60, of Gorham had a charge of operating motorboat without a certificate of number in Raymond on June 5, 1999 dismissed.

Mari J. Hill, 18, of Raymond had a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Raymond on March 13, 2007, dismissed.

Alvah f. Johnson, Jr., 51, of Naples had a charge of operating watercraft under the influence in Naples on July 5, 2003 dismissed.

Byron Manchester, 37, of Naples was found not guilty on a charge of assault in Naples on June 23, 2007.

Lisa Schwenk, 36, of Naples had a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Bridgton on Aug. 28, 2007, dismissed.

Jamie O. French, 32, of Naples was found guilty by default on a charge of operating an unregistered ATV in Casco on Oct. 25, 2007, and was fined $100.

Alan D. Graffam, 23, of Naples paid by waiver a fine of $100 for operating an unregistered ATV in Naples on Oct. 23, 2007.

Francis Hosman, 45, of Marblehead, Mass paid by waiver a fine of $100 for allowing a minor to operate an ATV in violation in Naples on Nov. 24, 2007.

Jared M. Jones, 45, of North Waterboro paid by waiver a fine of $100 for operating an unregistered ATV in Naples on Oct. 14.

Bridgton

Kathleen M. Gallant, 47, of Bridgton was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Fryeburg on Oct. 8 and was fined $350.

Lisa Schwenk, 36, of Naples had a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Bridgton on Aug. 28 dismissed.
