Windham Center Stage Theater presents the Junior version of “Once on this Island” at the North Windham Union Church on Friday, May 11 and 18 at 7 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, May 12, 13, 19, 20 at 2 p.m.

“Once on This Island Junior” is an engaging, Caribbean-flavored musical set on an unnamed island in the French Antilles. It is the story of Ti Moune, a peasant girl who falls in love above her class, and is told around a fire by a group of peasants as they wait out a terrible storm.
