Members of both the Gorham and Buxton planning boards will hold a joint meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Monday in the main conference room at Buxton town hall, 185 Portland Road, about a housing development proposed in both towns.

Stephen A. Joffe and Julia C. Colpitts are seeking approval for a 35-lot subdivision, called Blueberry Ridge.

It would be located off Finn Parker Road in Gorham and off Webster Road in Buxton.
