• Steep Falls Public Library: Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Story hour for toddlers and preschool children is held Wednesday at 10 a.m. Story hour is free and open to the public.
• Active Senior Citizens of Standish holds meetings the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month at 11 a.m. at the Steep Falls Fire Barn. Lunch is $3 and reservations are required before 9 a.m. the Monday prior to the meeting. To reserve a spot, call Alvida at 642-4929 or June at 727-6215.
• American Legion Standish Memorial Post 128 meets every second and fourth Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Kiwanis Beach Road Club House on Route 25 in Standish. All veterans, past and present, are welcome.
• The Windham Fire Department sponsors a child car seat inspection every third Wednesday of the month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the North Windham Fire Station. FMI 892-1912.

March 30: Entertainer Randy Judkins will perform at 7 p.m. at Lake Region High
School in a fundraiser for Lake Region High School’s Project Graduation 2007. Project Grad will host a chem.-free night of fun and surprises for the graduation class. Tickets are currently on sale at LRHS, Bridgton Books, Hayes True Value Hardware in Bridgton and K&K Reel Vision Video in Naples. Ticket prices are $10 for general admission and $7 for children under 12.
March 31: There will be an indoor yard sale at Jordan Small Middle School in Raymond from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is a benefit organized by a sixth grade community service class to help the Leukemia Foundation. March 31: The Casco Village Church United Church of Christ is having their monthly public supper at 5 p.m. in their Great Hall on Route 121 in Casco. This supper will include traditional home-made baked beans, casseroles, salads and lots of pies. It is being sponsored by the Casco Village Church Choir and Music Committee. April 2: Schoolhouse Arts Center at Sebago Lake is holding auditions for the musical Guys and Dolls on Monday, April 2, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. and on Tuesday, April 3, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Bring a song (with sheet music) to sing and be prepared to do cold readings from the script. April 12: The University of Southern Maine annual Job Fair will be held from noon to 4 p.m. in the Sullivan Gymnasium on Falmouth Street, Portland. Students, alumni and the general public are welcome to discuss employment and career possibilities with more than 70 employers.
