Here is Main Street, South Windham, in the early 1900s. Note that Main Street (Route 202) appears to be unpaved. A sign at the corner of Depot Street on the right, gives mileage to Duck Pond and Falmouth. The large building on the right in the center is Oriental Hall, once the main post office in town. The brick building on the corner of Depot and Main streets (the only three story brick building in Windham) was built by a man named Hanson.
