Yard mischief

On Sept. 4, at about 9:30 a.m., a resident on Sawyer Road reported $25 in damages to the mailbox and $500 in damages to his truck windows.

Debt

On Sept. 4, at about 10 a.m., a $250 shed was stolen from the Blue Point Motel. The shed was later returned. Two days later on Sept. 6, at about 8 p.m., the shed owner reported receiving phone calls threatening death if he did not pay the caller the $95 he allegedly owed.

Hang-ups

On Sept. 5, at about 3:20 p.m., a resident on Holmes Road reported that she’d received hang-up phone calls late the previous night.

Phone harassment

On Sept. 6, at about 6:50 p.m., a woman at Second Stop Hair Salon reported that a man called and made derogatory remarks.

Kimberly D. Gordon, 28, of U.S. Route 1, Moosehead Motel, Scarborough, was arrested on two warrant charges of theft and theft of services.

Alice J. Swinehart, 21, of Third Street, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at Pine Point Road Clambake on a charge of operating under the influence.

Shane R. Phillips, 34, of Main Street, Biddeford, was arrested on a warrant charge of failing to pay fine for theft by unauthorized taking.

Malgorzata S. Wdowiak, 32, of Washington Avenue, Portland, was arrested on a warrant charge for operating under the influence.

Katherine F. Else, 22, of Williams Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 on a charge of operating under the influence.
