The language in a portion of last week’s story regarding the Pine Point subdivision named the Dunes was misleading. The developer Paul Hollis has said he is willing to pay half of the possible off site public improvements for the benefit of the citizens of Pine Point, which are estimated to be between $100,000 and $200,000.
