The South Portland Branch Library will be hosting a gathering and display of needle work projects.

Participants are invited to show and share their projects and resources. They will have the chance to connect with new friends and community members with similar interests.

Crafts to share include knitting, crocheting, embroidery, quilting, and doll making, but any sort of stitching work is welcome. The branch library will have a display of related library books. The library is pleased to share its community room with residents in this way. You do not have to be a resident of South Portland to attend.

The branch library is located at 155 Wescott Road. This display is free and open to the public from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 5. Registration is advised. To register, call 775-1835.
