New director appointed to lead conservationists
Stephen R. Patton of Whitefield is the new Sheepscot Valley Conservation Association executive director. President John Atwood announced the appointment. Porter new Chamber director
The Greater Freeport Chamber of Commerce announced Douglas Porter is its new executive director. Porter is formerly the executive director for the Yorks Chamber of Commerce, and is credited with helping attract Amtrak train service to Maine.
