BATH — Professional stylist and owner of Betsy’s Salon and Spa, Betsy Varian, will teach hair braiding techniques on Thursday, April 27 at 3:30 pm. The workshop is free, open to students in grades 6 through 12, and will be held in the library’s Community Room. Pre-registration is required because space is limited.
“With prom and parties coming up, the timing of this workshop couldn’t be better,” said Varian.
