TOPSHAM — U.S. Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, will appear Friday at Williams- Cone Elementary School to celebrate the school’s being named a 2013 National Blue Ribbon School Award winner by the U.S. Department of Education.
A formal celebration will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13 in the Williams-Cone School gymnasium. The program will include musical selections, a Blue Ribbon Schools flag raising and guest speakers.
