TOPSHAM — Coastal Enterprises, Inc., a nonprofit community development organization, with the support of Maine State Housing Authority, will offer the firsttime homebuyer seminar on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 10, 12, 17 and 19, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., at Mt. Ararat High School in Topsham.

The purpose of the course is to help people prepare for and be well informed about the process of buying a home.

Preregistration is required and there is a $30/person or $50/couple (or co-buyer) nonrefundable charge for the four-session seminar. Registrations will not be accepted after today.
