BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Junior High seventh grade boys basketball team scored 22 second-quarter points en route to a 46-15 victory over Oak Hill on Monday.
Caleb Cost and Josh Dorr combined on 11 points in the big second frame for the Huskies.
Olu Vaughan paced Brunswick with 10 points, followed by seven points and seven rebounds from Jacob Guerrette. Austin Phillips led the defense with several rebounds and chipped in six points as 10 Huskies scored. Jesse Devereaux was solid on offense with several assists.
Oak Hill received solid efforts from Matt Clifford and Ryan Hall.
Brunswick is slated to play its season finale today at rival Mt. Ararat.
