GEORGETOWN — The Georgetown Recreation Committee is accepting nominations for the 2012 Outstanding Citizen Award.
The award will be announced and presented at the annual “Get To Know Your Neighbor Party” on March 18 at the Georgetown Community Center. This annual event is open to all Georgetown residents, and begins at 2 p.m.
Nominations for the Outstanding Citizen Award can be dropped off at the town office or emailed to lisacub503@yahoo.com.
The nomination deadline is March 1.
