TOPSHAM — The Topsham Parks and Recreation Department is offering Spring Cross Country, which is scheduled to kick off April 23 at 5 p.m. at the Topsham Foreside Field area.
Participants should meet at the road entrance to the Riverside Field Gate. Practices will be held every Monday, Thursday and Friday.
Meets are held on Wednesdays and will begin on May 9. Participants must provide their own transportation to Mid-coast communities. A schedule of meets/directions will be available during the first week of practice.
This program is available to children ages 6-12. Younger children (ages 6–7) require supervision.
The cost to register is $25 and includes a team T-shirt. An additional $10 will be charged for non-residents.
The preregistration cutoff time is April 13 to ensure T-shirts for the first meet.
