ORONO — The Bates College women’s track and field team opened the outdoor season Saturday at the University of Maine in a tri-meet along with the Black Bears and the University of New Hampshire.
UMaine won the team scoring with 149.5 points, followed by New Hampshire ( 130) and Bates (85.5).
Junior Allison Hill of Brunswick won the 100- meter hurdles for Bates in 15.38. Hill also placed third in the 200 (26.82).
Alexis Dickinson, a senior from Brunswick, claimed third in the 100 dash in 12.99.
The Bobcats travel to MIT on Saturday for a meet with Tufts and RPI.
