WALTHAM, Mass. — Former Brunswick High School tennis standout Maisie Silverman earned a point for Bates College, but the Bobcats dropped a 6-3 match to Brandeis on Sunday.
Silverman bested Haley Cohen, 6-1, 2-6, 6-4, at No. 1 singles.
She also teamed up with doubles partner Kate Rosenthal at No. 2 doubles, falling 8-5.
Bates hosts Connecticut College this upcoming Sunday at 10 a.m.
