BRUNSWICK — A motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Baribeau Drive and Columbia Avenue resulted in two arrests and one summons shortly after 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 10.
Benjamin E. Lamphere, 19, of Brunswick, was stopped after officers recognized him, according to Deputy Police Chief Marc Hagan. Lamphere was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license.
Lamphere’s passenger, Alicia A. Rodriguez, 20, of West Bath, was then arrested on a warrant out of West Bath District Court.
A passer-by, Richard Alston Doucette, 55, of Brunswick, was then also recognized by police and was arrested on two warrants for unpaid fines, one warrant for failing to appear in court and three warrants for unpaid restitution, according to Hagan. The warrants were out of Cumberland County.
