Arrests

Elissa J. Lombard, 22, of Freeport, was arrested Friday on a state police warrant for operating after suspension. Officer Matthew Moorhouse arrested Lombard at her home at approximately 7:30 p.m. and transported her to the Freeport Police Department. Lombard was released later that night on bail, set at $300.

Jeffrey Ray Rodgers, 36, of Enon, Ohio, was arrested Saturday by Officer Keith Norris on charges of operating under the influence. Police responded to a complaint that a vehicle traveling north on Interstate 295 was being operated erratically, and Norris stopped Rodgers at 5:45 a.m. Rodgers was transported to the Freeport Police Department for an Intoxilyzer test and then transported to Cumberland County Jail in Portland. A court date has been scheduled at West Bath District Court at 8:30 a.m. July 22.

Sheena Woodsome, 32, of Greene, was arrested Saturday by Officer Keith Norris on charges of operating with a suspended license, violating conditions of release, use of drug paraphernalia and speeding 10-14 miles over the speed limit. Woodsome was stopped by Norris for speeding on Route 136, near the town line. A marijuana pipe was discovered in her possession, which Woodsome was allegedly using, said Freeport Lt. Susan Nourse. Woodsome was arraigned Tuesday in Portland District Court.
