TOPSHAM — The Mt. Ararat Middle School seventh grade baseball team upped its record to 5-0 Wedneday with a 9-1 win over Tripp Middle School.
Jacob O’Neil and Cam Cox pitched standout baseball, allowing a combined two hits.
Offensively, lead-off batter Cole Guerin, Cox, O’Neil and Jacob Steinman had key hits for the Eagles. Kyle Brown turned in a nice defensive play at third base.
