BATH— Art in the Park 2014 will include a one-day event on Sunday, July 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring artists exhibiting and working under one big tent. Artists will reserve a space under the tent for $35, and spend the day demonstrating their art under the tent or in and around the park.
A 50/50 raffle of artists’ work will be held at the end of the day. Tickets will be available for sale at locations in downtown Bath.
Artists should reserve their 6×6 space early. Artists will bring their own equipment, tables, chairs and displays. Artists will handle the sales of their work and keep 100 percent of the proceeds.
Artists interested in having their own tent for Saturday and Sunday may apply to the Craft Show by emailing lisamarie@lisamariesmadeinmaine.com, or as a vendor by calling Main Street Bath at 207-442-7291.
Applications are available on line from www.Bathheritagedays.com. For information about Art in the Park please call Tory Jackson, 841-2014 or email at vhopejackson1@gmail.com.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
