
Miner brings his experience from treating patients at his own practice in Dansville, N.Y., and for the past four years in Augusta, Maine, as well as internships in the VA system, Monroe Community Hospital and with an outreach clinic run by the Sisters of Mercy.
A 2002 graduate of the State University of New York at Brockport, Miner earned his bachelor’s degree in biology and his doctorate of chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College.
Miner believes physical fitness and rehabilitation are essential for optimum benefit in chiropractic care, and he has a background in personal training, sports injuries and soft tissue techniques.
“I’ve been given a great opportunity with this new position,” Miner said. “I am enjoying getting to know and providing treatment for the patients at Augat Chiropractic. It’s a practice that is centered on the needs of the patient, which is the type of environment I was looking for.”
Miner lives in the country with his wife, two sons, a dog and numerous chickens.
Augat Chiropractic & Sports Injuries has been serving the people of Brunswick and the Midcoast region for 26 years, and was awarded “Top 100 chiropractors in the USA” on three occasions and as well as “Best Chiropractor in Mid-coast Maine.”
