PORTLAND — The 25th annual Betty Blakeman Memorial, sanctioned as a double-major by the Maine Tennis Association, will be held at the Yarmouth High School courts on the weekend of July 18-20.
The tournament benefits the Maine Cancer Community and is held in conjunction with the prestigious Yarmouth Clam Festival.
Competition will be held in men’s and women’s open singles, open mixed doubles and men’s 55-and-over singles and doubles.
Players of all ages and abilities are welcome. Interested players need to contact Don Atkinson by email at datkinso@maine.rr.com or by phone at 772-7350 prior to the entry deadline of July 16 at 7 p.m.
