PORTLAND (AP) — One man accused of a baseball bat and crowbar attack on two Standish brothers has been indicted, while charges against a second defendant have been dismissed.

A Cumberland County grand jury indicted 23-yearold Peter Tracy last week on charges of elevated aggravated assault and aggravated assault.

The Portland Press Herald reports that charges against 23-year-old Nicholas Richards were dismissed.

Authorities say both men were arrested April 6 after an attack on Shane and Ryan Wescott that landed the brothers in the hospital.

Tracy remains in the Cumberland County Jail on $100,000 bail.
