PHIPPSBURG — A big change in the 34th annual Phippsburg Fireman’s Road Race and Field Day is the changing of the course from 10K to 5K in hopes of attracting more participants.
The race is scheduled to be held July 29 at 8:30 a.m. and costs $15, which includes a Tshirt.
This a good training run for the Beach to Beacon the following week.
There are lobster dinner prizes for many age categories, as well as the first fireman to cross the finish line.
