Jacob, daughter of Roger and Penny Jacob of Naples, Fla., is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, and works as a school psychologist for the Collier County School System.
Martinez, son of Emilio and Renee Martinez of Windham, Maine, and formerly of Brunswick, is a graduate of Brunswick High School and Norwich University. He will be attending the police academy in Fort Myers, Fla.
Their wedding is planned for April 25, 2015, in Naples.
