Tedford Housing has created a new part-time position at the organization with the hiring of Donald A. Ladd as the new director of finance.
Ladd has worked in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors and comes to Tedford from a post as an adjunct faculty member at Husson University and Southern New Hampshire University, according to a Tedford Housing release.
The South Portland resident will work part time at Tedford and continue to work as a professor and consultant.
Tedford Housing operates emergency shelters and permanent housing in the Midcoast region for those in need of shelter. For more information, visit tedfordhousing.org.
