WOOLWICH
The Sagadahoc County Sheriff ’s Department reports that a Meadow Road resident has had six rose bushes stolen from the property within the last week.
Chief Deputy Brett Strout said the theft was reported at 1:18 p.m. on Thursday. The resident told the sheriff ’s department that sometime since last Saturday, six rose bushes were dug up and stolen from the residence. Each bush is valued at $45, but no description of the bushes was available this morning. The sheriff ’s department currently has no suspects.
Tuesday morning at around 10 a.m., a High Street resident called Bath Police Department to report that someone took a plant off the porch, according to Lt. Stan Cielinski.
