Navy LT. ROBERT J. GENSHEIMER, son of Kathleen F. and Gregory G. Gensheimer of Bath, along with fellow sailors aboard the guided missile destroyer USS Farragut (DDG 99), recently departed for a scheduled deployment in support of maritime security operations and maritime partnerships. He is a 2008 graduate of U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md. with a BS degree and a 2010 graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, Mass. with a MS degree.
Navy Seaman Recruit ROBERT E. SCHROEDER, son of Brenda K. and Robert E. Schroeder of Brunswick, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. Schroeder is also the brother of John N. Schroeder of Brunswick. He is a 2009 graduate of Brunswick High School.
