LISBON
The Town Council will meet today at 7 p.m. at the town office.
The council is slated to consider library air conditioner bids. Central Maine Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. is the low bidder with a price of $12,565. Bids for a 40-foot demolition dump trailer, with the low bid from Hale Trailer in the amount of $48,000 will also be considered.
Councilors are also scheduled to vote on the vice president and executive committee members for the Maine Municipal Association annual election.
The council will hear presentations on the Androscoggin County charter and the town’s 2012-13 road paving.
The council will consider appointments of Curtis Lunt and Karin Paradis as associate members of the Planning Board.
Lastly, the council will hold a workshop on Davis Cemetery and the charter.
