BATH — Cul de Sax saxophone quartet will perform “Anything Goes,” a concert honoring composer Cole Porter, at the Bath Library Park gazebo on Friday at 7 p.m.
The quartet of soprano, alto, tenor and baritone saxophones will be joined by pianist Frank Vigneau. Besides Porter’s music, there will be a few pieces written by other notable composers of the period, a news release states.
The performance will include sax solos with piano accompaniment, duets, trios as well as a vocal solo. Many of these arrangements were made especially for this performance. Cul de Sax is currently celebrating it’s 20th anniversary.
