BRUNSWICK — The whole community is invited to the annual Thanksgiving Day service held each year at First Church of Christ, Scientist, 288 1/2 Maine St. The service begins at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 27.
Enjoy an hour of music and singing, inspired Bible readings, testimonies of healings and expressions of gratitude to God for all His blessings. Child care will be available.
Parking is available behind the church off the Magean Street entrance. For more information, call 729- 0317.
This year’s Thanksgiving Bible lesson golden text is from 1 Chronicles: “… Our God, we thank thee and praise thy glorious name … all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee.”
