BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Junior High School seventh-grade boys opened the 2014-15 basketball season with a 33-17 victory over Bath Middle School on Tuesday.
The Huskies started the game with a 9-0 lead after just one quarter and never looked back.
Jack Harvey and Everett Horch led the way with 10 and eight points, respectively. Brunswick entered the half with a score of 19-7. Owen Richardson had solid play on the floor, helping pave the way to the Huskies victory.
Bath was led by Tyler Toothacker and Corey Klien with four points each.
Brunswick is slated to visit Auburn on Thursday.
