BRUNSWICK

Traffic was snarled but no one was seriously injured Friday when a sport utility vehicle and the camper trailer it was towing rolled over along Interstate 295 northbound.

Trooper Marvin Hinkley said the crash was reported at 10:49 a.m. near mile marker 26 in Brunswick.

A Chevrolet TrailBlazer owned and driven by Wayne Curry, 50, of Windham, was towing a two-axle camper trailer when it started to fish trail and eventually rolled over, going off the right side of the road.

Curry, his wife and three girls were in the vehicle. One of the girls was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. No charges were filed.

The SUV was totaled and traffic was reduced to one lane for about an hour. Copp Motors responded and recovered the vehicles.

Hinkley said the shell of the camper cracked, so there was a lot of debris to be removed.
