BRUNSWICK — Beattie Chicks Makery has brought in an experienced potter who will offer Clay Time on weekends, after-school pottery classes for school-aged children, as well as Cocktails and Clay for adult women at the Fort Andross studio.
Clay Time is on Saturdays and Sundays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., covering the fundamentals of a variety of clay forming and techniques including wheel throwing, hand building and coil building. The $35 fee includes all materials and instruction.
Play with Clay is for students in grades K-12, Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.; $25 per session.
Beattie Chicks Makery is located on the second floor of Mill Two at Fort Andross, just above the Flea Market.
