FREEPORT — Becca Pierce drained a 3-pointer in the opening frame en route to a 47-32 Freeport victory over Maranacook on Friday night in high school jayvee girls basketball action.
Freeport’s Catriona Gould led all scorers with 14 points, and Lindsay Routhier had a solid floor game to go along with her 10 points.
The Falcons received solid post play from Alexys Langley (six points) and Annie Kelley.
Maranacook was led by Tara Smith with six points.
Freeport hit 2-of-7 foul shots, while Maranacook converted 3-of-8.
Freeport improved to 4-2, while Maranacook stands at 3-3.
