BRUNSWICK — The new University of Maine College of Engineering program will be welcomed to the Southern Maine Community College campus at Brunswick Landing on Thursday.
Alumni will host a “harvest reception” from 4 to 6 p.m., and learn the story of this new educational opportunity for Mid-coast students.
University President Paul Ferguson, College of Engineering Dean Dana Humphrey, Brunswick Engineering program director Alex Friess and Brunswick Engineering lecturer Mike Davis will join SMCC President Ronald Cantor and SMCC Midcoast Campus Dean James Whitten for the event.
The SMCC building where this engineering program is located is on Fitch Avenue, a half mile from Bath Road.
