FREEPORT — The Freeport High School jayvee girls basketball team rolled past Yarmouth 40-14 on Saturday.
Dani Foster had a game-high 10 points for the Falcons to go along with four rebounds, a like number of assists and three steals.
Freeport’s Jess Perry finished with eight points, while teammates Bailey Karnes and Jill Baker contributed six points each. Baker was also a defensive standout for Freeport and pulled down four rebounds, picked off three steals and dished out a couple of assists.
The Falcons were solid in the rebounding department, grabbing 36 boards. KC Breed led the way with 10, while Krista Bertrand and Lauren Carter grabbed five rebounds each.
