BRUNSWICK — “James and the Giant Peach,” Roald Dahl’s amazing adventure of James Henry Trotter is the next production class at The Theater Project, and registration is still open for young actors in grades 6 to 8.
At The Theater Project, production classes use theater games and improvisational techniques with a focus on story and script. Students learn to work together, to take responsibility for their work, to problem solve together, to use their imaginations creatively, and to take pride in their work.
Class will run March 4 to April 12 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, with three final performances the weekend of April 12 to 14. The class fee is $300, and scholarship information is available upon request.
For more information, call The Theater Project at 729-8584 or visit thetheaterproject@mac.com or at 14 School St.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
