BOWDOINHAM
Sagadahoc County Sheriff ’s Department deputies charged a Bowdoinham man with operating under the influence Monday after he drove off Main Street.
A local firefighter came upon the crash, reported at 8:50 p.m., and saw a pickup truck in a ditch, according to Lt. Calvin Temple of the sheriff ’s department.
Nathyn Beckwith, 22, of 17 Dike Lane, was not injured. He was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and driving with an expired license. The Dodge 1500 pickup truck was towed.
