BIDDEFORD — Five different players each contributed a pair of goals to help the University of New England women’s lacrosse team to a 13-9 win over Castleton University in a non-conference match played in frigid conditions Sunday afternoon at the Big Blue Turf.
UNE is 2-0 on the young season, while Castleton is 0- 1. The Nor’easters host Bowdoin today at 4 p.m.
Jocelyn Davee of Freeport had a pair of goals for UNE. She also dished out two assists.
