WEST BATH

Drivers in a two-vehicle crash Monday at State and New Meadows roads were spared from injury Monday.

Sagadahoc County Sheriff ’s Department Chief Deputy Brett Strout said a Ford Explorer driven by Jonathan Drake, of Richmond, pulled out of the Clipper Mart on State Road without his lights on. A Ford pickup truck driven by Donald Whorff of West Bath proceeded through the intersection and struck it at 4:43 p.m. Monday, Strout said. No charges were filed.
