FREEPORT — The South Freeport Congregational Church’s annual book sale will be May 16 to 18.
To get the first pick of books, audio CDs and DVDs, attend the preview sale on Thursday, May 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. Admission to this preview sale is $5.
The regular book sale will be held on May 17 from noon to 8 p.m. and May 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Haddock chowder or black bean soup will be available for lunch on Saturday. All proceeds benefit the Educational Trust Fund, which provides annual college scholarships to local students.
