LISBON
The inauguration of elected officials will start the Town Council meeting today at 7 p.m.
Officials who will be inaugurated include those elected Nov. 8 to the Town Council, School Committee, Budget Advisory Board and Water Commission.
The Town Council is also scheduled to elect a chairman and vice chairman before the passing of the gavel.
After swearing in new or re-elected officials, the Town Council will hold a public hearing on a victualer’s license application from Nicholas Benoit, doing business as Benoit’s Orchard.
In other items the Town Council will:
— Give a first reading of proposed amended zoning maps.
— Consider a 2010 mobile home foreclosure waiver.
— Hear an audit presentation.
— Hear the Ethics Panel’s summary of findings and recommendations.
— Consider appointing Deputy Tax Assessor Kathy Malloy as the Emergency Services Communication Bureau Addressing Officer.
The Town Council also is scheduled to enter executive session to discuss labor negotiations. The meeting will be held at the town office.
