BRUNSWICK — Bowdoin College staffer Dighton Spooner has been named the vice chairman of the Maine Community Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Currently the college’s associate director of career planning, Spooner has worked in television and broadcast media across the country and across the ocean in Britain.
Maine Community Foundation is a statewide nonprofit organization with offices in Ellsworth and Portland. Its mission is to partner with donors to strengthen and improve Maine’s communities.
