BATH
Police say a bicyclist traveling down Centre Street hill at a high rate of speed struck a car that was traveling on Middle Street toward the viaduct late Sunday.
The accident occurred just after the end of the Bath Heritage Days firework display.
The cyclist, Bath resident Anthony Newall, 23, was transported to Mid Coast Hospital with minor injuries. The motorist was not injured.
