GEORGETOWN — The second annual “Bodacious Bee,” a spelling bee for grownups, is scheduled for Saturday, July 20 at the Georgetown Community Center.
It will be an evening of entertainment and fundraising at the Georgetown Island Educational Foundationsponsored event. Proceeds support grants for educational excellence.
In addition to the main event, fish chowder, salads and deserts will be served during a silent auction plus a grand door raffle prize, and other surprises. Doors open at 5:30. For more information, visit www.giefme.org.
