WHITEFIELD
Sheepscot Valley Regional School Unit 12 will hold a regional budget adoption meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at Whitefield Elementary School.
This is a town meeting format, in which RSU 12 residents will vote on how much to spend on each part of the budget for 2013-14.
The RSU 12 Board of Directors has shaved $166,000 off the original plan, which was defeated by voters June 28.
The district educates students from Alna, Chelsea, Palermo, Somerville, Westport Island, Whitefield, Windsor and Wiscasset.
